Education: PhD/Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering
To support our local team of 6 designers we have an opportunity for an experienced analog design engineer. In this position you will work on state-of-the-art security techniques in line with certification for the banking and passport world. Furthermore, you have the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Analog design of integrated circuit for Smart Card applications
- Interpret requirement specifications to achieve a competitive Smart Card system
- Effort and Area estimates, technology selection
- Guidance of block design / layout
- Hands on lab evaluation of product
- Commitment to top-level chip verification
- Implement DFT strategy to achieve competitive test time
- Support test development engineers for production ramp up
- Support / Mentorship of analog design engineers
- Participate regular peer to peer reviews and design reviews
- Support design in activities at customers
- Support the Group Leader for the planning and execution of projects and resource allocation
- Take responsibility for Smart Card products and drive leading edge solutions

Skills & Experience:
- PhD/Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in analog design
- Capability of layout judgment (matching, parasitic, latchup, ESD)

- knowledge Cadence Design Environment and experience in Smart Cards/RFID is desirable
